Trigger Valve SectionNote:Trigger valve section can be repaired without removing Magazine section and Driver guide section.DISASSEMBLING1) Remove Pin retainer 5.5*2. Separate Trigger from Housing complete by removing Trigger pin. (Fig.2)2) Tap down two Spring pins 3*28 of Trigger valve section with 1R268 and hammer until they stop against the surface ofwork bench. (Fig.3)Fig. 2Fig. 3Trigger pinTrigger1R268Housing completePin retainer 5.5*2Spring pin 3*283) Remove Trigger valve stem together with Trigger valve case and Spring by pulling them out with pliers. (Fig.4)4) Lever off Pilot valve with a small slotted screwdriver. (Fig.5)5) Remove Trigger valve guide by following the steps below:1. Remove Top cap from Housing complete.2. Trigger Valve Section (cont.)ASSEMBLING1) Insert Trigger valve guide into Trigger valve installation hole ofHousing complete until the ends of the four protruding portionsof Trigger valve guide are flush with the lip of the hole.2) Assemble Pilot valve, Trigger valve stem, Spring and Trigger valvecase to Housing complete by doing the reverse of the disassemblingsteps. (Figs.5, 4)3) Fix Trigger valve section by tapping two Spring pins 3*28 back intoplace.Note:In order not to damage Trigger valve guide, use 1R268 as aguide bar as illustrated inFig. 8.4) Assemble Trigger to Housing complete.Fig. 8Tapping Spring pin 3-28 back into place1) Insert 1R268 from the hole on the oppositeside of Housing.2) Insert pin head of 1R268 into Spring pin 3-28.3) Gently tap Spring pin 3-28 with hammer.1R268Spring pin 3*28[3] -2. Driver Complete, BumperDISASSEMBLING1) Remove Top cap by unscrewing four Screws 5*25.2) By tapping Housing complete with a plastic hammer, Piston unit(assembly of Driver complete and O-ring) then assembly ofCylinder, Spacer and Bumper can be removed.
